Job Description:
One of our core clients is looking for an experienced and sophisticated Band 5 registered Children’s Nurse to work with a busy Paediatric team.
Description: Ideally, you will have experience working within Paediatrics in an acute hospital setting, such as Outpatients, Children’s Emergency, or Urgent Care. Most of all, you will have a passion for delivering excellent patient care across a diverse range of specialties as part of a small, welcoming, and flexible team.
Responsibilities: Main duties of this role include:
* Providing high-quality nursing care and supporting team members to maintain best practices for all patients and visitors while following hospital and departmental policies.
* Ensuring the safety of self, colleagues, patients, and visitors in the Emergency Department.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, innovative environment at Band 5 level. We see a wide variety of patients, from those with primary care issues in our Urgent Care Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and be part of an evolving and developing service.
Requirements: * Valid NMC registration as RSCN.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
* Commitment to compassionate and patient-centered care.
* Confident decision-maker.
