Global Accounting Network are partnering with an exciting fashion retail brand who are looking for an interim Financial Controller to support their existing Finance Director.
As the interim FC, this role will have 2 direct reports and oversee an external transactional finance team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Manage the annual audit & reporting requirements
* Provide cashflow modelling and support the preparation of the budget & forecast
* Own the bank reconciliation process
* Drive to improve internal controls & procedures
* Oversee & sign off on the AP propositions
* Provide weekly trade & performance reports
* Ad hoc finance tasks & analysis
Ideal Candidate:
* Fully qualified accountant
* Proven ability to manage and run a month end process
* Prior retail or fashion experience is beneficial
* Very strong excel skills and ability to manipulate data sets
