Conveyancing Earner
Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our friendly team based in Coventry. The successful candidate will earn £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. If you have experience in Conveyancing, then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career.
Candidate
- Fee earners with a minimum of two years’ experience
- Hold a relevant qualification (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
- Possess outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
- IT proficient
- Able to prioritise tasks to meet and exceed tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Dealing with clients initial contact including sending Client care letters
- Freehold Sale and Purchases (Registered and Unregistered)
- Leasehold Sale and Purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Dealing with post completion requirements
