OVERVIEW
At Harnham we’re working with a leading UK fintech who are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to their London-based team.
They have grown quickly over the last few years and have a strong tech team from a variety of different backgrounds.
There is a fast-paced and fun culture that prioritises getting stuff done! There is a flat structure and everyone is encouraged to contribute and lead, as well as bring a passion for helping to build great products.
The company helps provide SMEs with an AI-powered means to tackling a range of complex business problems, from accounting to tax to financing.
Collaborating closely with a strong group of engineers and developers to disrupt an industry and help the business scale at pace.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
* Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a Software Engineering role
* Strong skills in building complex backend systems
* Expert programming in Python or Go
* Cloud experience in GCP
* Kubernetes to run microservices (GKE)
* RabbitMQ
* PostgreSQL
* BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field

SALARY
In this role you could earn up to £120,000 + benefits.
OTHER
* 1x day per week in office (London)
* Interview process is 3 stages including 2x technical stages
