Reed HR are looking to recruit a Recruitment Co-ordinator on an interim basis – Hybrid 2 days a week
The role is to cover a secondment.
Your key accountabilities:
Supporting Delivery Advisors and Programme Managers with end-to-end recruitment delivery of specific programmes.
This will include the recruitment life cycle of graduates, apprentices, interns, summer placements and employability programme participants.
- Coordinate participant onboarding to programmes.
- Recruitment Administration support of large-scale events or activities such as corporate inductions, multiple careers events, programme delivery events and recruitment assessment centres.
- Management of mailboxes for participants on programmes, enquiries about programmes and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service ensuring all programme participants feel welcomed and supported in every interaction.
- Support in the management of recruitment databases and executing compliance of general data protection regulation (GDPR)
- Support the implementation of process improvements identified in delivery of cyclical programmes.
* The role and responsibilities will be onboarding candidates, supporting with onboarding deliverables
* Chasing candidates
* Updating spreadsheets, making sure up to date
* Stakeholder meetings to keep on track with deliverables
* Approx. 300 candidates who start in September 24
* Reviewing contracts and offer letters
* Responsible for planning sessions in the summer, looking at data in the campaigns and how are they done
* Look at DEI data
This is an interim role for 3 months covering a secondment and will be paid via an umbrella company
