Job Title: System Analyst

Day Rate: £400 - £500 - Outside IR35
The System Analyst will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the academic and administrative needs of the institution. Overview
The Institution are seeking a skilled and motivated System Analyst with experience in Resource Link to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing information systems that enhance our operational efficiency and align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Resource Link, a comprehensive HR and payroll management system, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design and implement information systems that meet business objectives and improve efficiency.
* Utilize Resource Link to manage HR and payroll processes.
* Ensure the system is configured correctly to support business processes.
* Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Resource Link system.
* Provide technical support and training to users of the Resource Link system.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
* Proficient in system analysis, design, and implementation.
* Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with database management and data integration.
