Senior Estimator – Construction
Location: East Midlands
Salary £85,000 - £95,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance
Job Type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the East Midlands area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c£850 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £150 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.
About The Role:
As a Senior Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the East Midlands Region. Your focus is:
• Creating and understanding specifications.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
• Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
• Reporting and working closely with the Director.
About You:
• Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
• Understanding and creating specifications.
• Experience working on New Build Industrial projects.
• Experience working on Multi-room Schemes (Preferred but not essential)
• Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
• Experience within Estimating.
• Great technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
