Job Description:
This job opportunity for a Structural Engineer is one you don’t want to miss!
Blueprint Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join a Structural Civil Engineering Consultancy on a permanent staff basis.
The successful candidate will be able to attend the Bristol office on a hybrid basis to work on exciting Residential and Education projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend client and site meetings
* Design and specify all aspects of Structural works
* Produce design deliverables, including, drawings, specifications and reports
* Liaise with clients and members of the design team to ensure progress against the project brief
* Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years Engineering experience
* Working knowledge of common construction materials to both British Standards and Eurocodes
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of Engineering Design Principles
* Strong understanding of Tekla design software is preferred
