Job Description:
THE GIG This role sits within the Global Brand Marketing team focused across our Iconic products team and the Newness team, based in our Camden HQ. Our team leads the implementation of all consumer facing product campaign activity, that drives consumer engagement and purchase at a global level. They are responsible for managing and delivering multi-channel product campaigns that drive our global brand awareness, consideration and conversion. Reporting to the Global Brand Marketing Manager, this role will be an integral part of making the Global Brand Team operate with excellence, continually assessing and improving campaign content, communication and alignment. This role will provide tactical support, project management and daily operational support to the wider team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in co-ordinating global product campaigns, including coordinate the briefs, workflow, critical paths, sample management, production assistance and delivery
* Co-ordinate a cross functional workstream across creative, PR, digital, retail and regional marketing teams to deliver our campaign initiatives and tasks
* Be responsible for the brand & product content on our Digital Asset Manager Site and ensure content is maintained and updated in a timely manner
* Project manage the creation of campaign and seasonal guidelines and support with presentation requirements
* Work closely with other departments to support, review and analyse success of campaigns and feedback for assessment, learnings and actions
* Build out visual and effective monthly and seasonal reports. Create and maintain calendars, and share with internal stakeholders
* Support across collaboration projects where required
