ROLE: Conveyancing Solicitor
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £35,000 to £50,000
PQE: 3 to 8 years

The Role of the Conveyancing Solicitor
* A fee earning role to manage and progress a mixed caseload of Conveyancing matters through to completion
* Matters will include sales and purchases, right to buy, lease extensions, new build and remortgaging
* To occasionally oversee commercial conveyancing matters
The Person
* A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
* Experienced in progressing full caseloads of residential property matters in a fee earning role
