* PC literate MS Office

* Support various teams with basic administrative tasks
* Assist in answering phone calls in a professional manner
* Utilise MS Office to facilitate daily office operations
* Printing documents
* Putting commercial contracts together, including binding docs
* Making beverages for meetings
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Lives locally in the Hillingdon area
Preferred Qualifications:
- GCSE’s a or equivalent
- Relevant vocational training or certification is a plus
- A genuine passion for pursuing a career in office administration
