We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our Construction team within the Property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stock condition surveys, preparing reports via Ipad, liaising with clients and team members regarding survey findings.

* Performing comprehensive stock condition surveys of properties and construction sites.
* Preparing detailed reports and maps based on survey findings.
* Collaborating with the Construction team to ensure accuracy of survey data.
* Communicating effectively with clients regarding survey findings and recommendations.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Identifying potential issues and offering appropriate solutions.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of surveying technology and techniques.
* Assisting in the training and development of junior team members.
Profile
A successful Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Surveying, or extensive experience of the industry and social housing.
* Proficiency in surveying technology and software.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* A commitment to maintaining high industry standards.
