As a Medical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and providing exceptional support to patients throughout their entire journey. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Manager and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals.

Duties:
* Manage letters, results, and procedures.
* Liaise with patients, visitors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
* Assist patients in navigating the clinic and ensure their satisfaction.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries.
* Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and posting letters.
Requirements:
* Must have experience working within a medical/health care environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role is ideal.
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office Suite.
* Positive attitude with excellent administrative and customer service skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to provide sympathetic and caring support to patients.
* Discreet approach to maintaining patient confidentiality.
* Willingness to be flexible and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Must be a people person.
