SEN Teaching Assistant - Mental Health Needs - Potters Bar
Are you a recent Graduate in Psychology, Criminology or Sociology?
Do you have experience supporting and working with ASD and Challenging Behaviour?
You could be working within an Ofsted Good Rated Primary School in Potters Bar. The school are looking for the next generation of educators to work alongside students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and PTSD, alongside other mental needs.
The school have taken on two students for the next academic year who show challenging behaviour and have a diagnosis of ASD. The students are preverbal and are known to be light on their feet, so the school would welcome someone from a sports background that can get the students moving and find innovative ways to get them involved in the school day.
This role is perfect for any Graduates looking to gain experience working alongside ASD and Mental Health and who are looking to go onto a career within Psychology.

* Mentoring behaviour and working closely with ASD and different SEN.
* Long-term and permanent contracts available.
* £95-100 per day Umbrella.
* Working with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and PTSD.
* Based in Potters Bar.
* September 2024 start.

* Long-term aspirations within education or a psychology field.
* Willing to gain a Fully Enhanced DBS if not already in possession of one.
