My client, a highly respected organisation is looking to recruit an experienced, Senior PA to join its efficient and friendly team.
Reporting Directly to the Company Secretary, this is a fabulous opportunity for a switched on and focussed Senior PA, to provide support to Senior Leaders of this highly respected organisation. An office-based role which is extremely busy and varied, at a time of significant growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level administrative support to Senior Leaders within the organisation in a timely and professional manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion
* Act as first point of contact, ensuring calls, visitors, emails and meeting requests are managed appropriately.
* Diary management, arranging internal and external meetings, catering, travel and accommodation
* Minute meetings
* Preparation of documents, reports and presentations
* Conduct research, and assist with special projects
* Develop and manage appropriate administrative systems
* Share knowledge and advice, and cover for holidays when required.
Essential Experience
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Experience of working with Senior Management
* Highly experienced in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
* Minute taking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Professional, tactful and trustworthy
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Good level of education, especially Maths and English
