Baltic recruitment are looking for production operatives for a global manufacturer supplier and developer. Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can do attitude.
This role is a temp to perm contract.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is an ongoing position.
Shifts:
Day/night shifts available.

Pay:
£11.44 - £14.09
Candidates
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
* Understanding the importance of working as team to achieve productivity standards
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
* Ability to interpret and balance a variety of feedback
* Proven experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous.
Duties
* Manufacturing products to high standards
* Diagnosing problems and ensuring timely resolutions
* Maintaining good housekeeping
* Ensuring adherence to quality systems and procedures
* Operating high tech production line equipment
* Use of hand tools
* Loading and unloading products
