3 days at HO – Petersfield (Monday – Wednesday)
2 days Hybrid (Thursday – Friday)
(May be asked to work at HO on Hybrid days on occasion)
We are currently working with a leading training provider company in Hampshire that is seeking a talented Customer Services  /Operations Executive to join their team permanently.
Customer Services skills needed 
* Proven experience in operations within a similar industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Customer Services  responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless processes
* Developing and implementing efficient operational policies and procedures
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
* Overseeing membership services and ensuring top-notch customer experience
* Reporting on key operational metrics and driving continuous improvement
Salary & Benefits 

Basic Salary:

* From £28,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Holidays:

* 25 days, plus all Public Holidays (After successful completion of probation)
Hours: 

* Monday to Thursday - 8.00am – 5.00pm
* Friday -  8:00am – 4:30pm
* 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day
* 39.5 hour working week
