Key Responsibilities:

* Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, supporting students with varying needs, and managing classroom behaviour.
* Individual and Small Group Tutoring: Provide focused academic assistance to students who need extra support in specific subjects.
* Administrative Tasks: Aid in the preparation of lesson materials, marking assignments, and maintaining student records
* Extracurricular Activities: Support and participate in extracurricular programs, including clubs, sports, and school events
* Special Education Needs (SEN): Work with SEN coordinators to support students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusive learning experiences.

Requirements:

* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject. However, degrees in Education, Psychology, English, Math, or Science are particularly advantageous.
* Skills: Ability to build and establish positive relationships with students and staff.
* Passion for Education: A genuine interest in supporting young people’s learning and development
