Perfect for an ambitious CTA/ ACA Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for the next step up in their career towards becoming Tax Partner.

You will be a key member of the tax leadership team, working with an impressive corporate client portfolio involving a mix of ad hoc advisory projects, compliance and tax planning.

The Role:

Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio
Managing and supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax advisory projects
Advising companies of their tax liabilities
Provision of advisory services in areas such as R&D, Patent Box, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Transactional work, Restructuring and Share Schemes
Review of tax compliance.
Research and planning on specific projects
Business development
Leading client meetings
Mntoring junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

You:

CTA/ ACA Qualified
Corporate or Mixed tax background from UK practice
OMB experience (ideally)
Corporate tax advisory & compliance expertise
Strong communication skills
