Job Description:
Sewell Wallis are working with a brilliant, well-established, growing business based in South Leeds who are currently looking for a Sales Administrator Supervisor to join their sales team. The business offer a lively and sociable working environment and excellent long-term development and progression.
This role will support the Customer Services Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Sales Administrative Team. The post holder will lead a small team of 3 Sales Administrators, providing guidance, support and advice to ensure the team are able to effectively carry out their duties
What will you be doing?
* Lead the team on a day-to-day basis.
* Liaise with third parties to track lease payments and update the finance department.
* Track all machines movements and keep the stock database up to date.
* Liaise with other departments to arrange monthly stocktake and complete administration once submitted.
* Reconcile monthly stocktakes to highlight where values and assets have moved.
What skills are we looking for?
* Previous experience admin or sales preferred but not essential.
* Previous supervisory experience leading a team or experience in a senior level role looking for a step up.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to use initiative to lead a team.
