Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Financial Controller to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant or someone with up to two years post-qualified experience. The successful candidate will have a strong financial control and reporting mindset, ideally coming from a practice background or with industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
* Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely
* Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
Requirements:
* Newly Qualified (NQ) to 2 years post-qualified experience
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Candidates currently in practice looking to make their first move into industry are favourable 
* Strong financial control and reporting skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skill
