Camino Search are partnering with an exciting founder-led, venture capital backed, clean-tech start-up who are on a mission to be an industry disruptor in their sector and give customers an innovative and 1st class service.

Our client is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer with experience within series A/B stage scale-ups as a number 1 or an experienced number 2 who is seeking to step up.

Role Overview:
* Collaborate directly with the founders, overseeing the entire finance function to ensure processes are professional, highly efficient, and scalable.
* Play a crucial role in shaping and executing business strategy, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Manage working capital and treasury functions.
* Oversee capital raising efforts, maintaining relationships with current investors and preparing for future debt and equity fundraises.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director, or as a number 2 in a Series A/B/C stage scale-up.
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Demonstrated success in securing debt and equity capital from investors.
* Deep understanding of asset-backed industries.
* Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Extensive experience in managing working capital and treasury.
* Expertise in establishing a robust and efficient finance function to support significant growth.
Compensation:
* Competitive base salary ranging from £120,000 to £150,000, plus equity.
