Job Description:
Job Title: Fire Safety Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent 
Working Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 
Salary: £28,000 per annum (£30,718.99 per annum is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Location: Hybrid / Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Fire Safety Coordinator:

Support the Fire safety team implement and manage the approach to Fire Safety, including assisting contract management of the groups passive fire protection, including Fire doors, Fire stopping and any FRA Actions.




About you

* Allocate FRA outputs /recommendations and support planning, commissioning, and monitoring all activity, control measures and repairs to successful completion.
*  Manage day to day contract management services, commissioning appropriate work orders (fire repairs), including monitoring progress to completion, ensuring contract obligations are fulfilled in line with agreed performance frameworks, identifying under performance and escalating via agreed routes
*  Support the TORT process, tenancy enforcement to remove items stored within communal areas compromising safety of buildings and customers ensuring Customer relationship Management (CRM) cases are created.
*  administrate all transactions within our job management and compliance system, managing all supply chain enquiries and support proactive communication and reactive communication around service delivery for all building safety activity and maintain accurate compliance records.
