Job Role
As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the team to enable the effective day-to-day running of the finance function and to provide the best possible financial support to the broader business.
JOB TITLE: Management accountant
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Update weekly cash report
* Ownership of capex trackers
* Assisting the Financial Controller in the monthly closing (accruals/ prepayment/ leases)
* Inventory close and trackers/ stock losses/ Inventory depreciation annually
* Supporting the FC in monthly B/S sheet reconciliation
* Monthly intercoms reconciliation
* Ecom and retail reconciliations
* Booking of Credit cards expenses and Travel expenses(Concur)
* Supporting the FC on the Financial IT systems
* Back up of Finance assistant
* Supporting monthly analysis by meeting ad hoc requests (analysis of costs by cost center or department or Projects)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE,
* Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts
* Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
