Credit Control Administrator

Job Description:
We are working with an excellent, reputable client based in Liverpool City Centre (L1) who are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join the finance team which is made up of 3 staff members, plus some additional directors, payroll and HR. They are a friendly, supportive office and are looking for someone with a proven track record in credit control.
Credit Controller duties include:
* Chasing clients for payment via telephone and email
* Taking card payments over the telephone
* Management of daily cash receipts
* Uploading invoices
* Matching payments coming into all accounts
* Sending monthly statements to clients
* Supplier statement reconciliations
Additional duties:
* PA duties for the director (admin duties, emails and telephone calls)
* Assisting with upcoming projects
* Organising meetings in the director’s calendar, setting up meeting rooms etc.

* Mainly office based but flexibility once settled into the company with hybrid working
* Flexible start and finish times - mainly 830am - 430pm
