We are seeking an Event / Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team based in Buntingford. This role involves liaising with clients (both in the UK and overseas), the internal resourcing team, and the back office team, to ensure that that the businesses events run smoothly and create a fabulous end product
Main Duties Include:
* Clear communication with clients about their requirements and what to expect from the event.
* Preparation and briefing of internal and external stakeholders.
* Resource allocation to maximise commercial return.
* Follow-up on post-event commitments with clients.
* Encouragement of effective and engaging communication between clients and event attendees
* Collection of feedback to improve the quality and service delivered.
* Re-booking with clients
Occasionally, you may be required to be ’on call’ out of hours to deal with emergencies (e.g. sickness, last-minute job cancellations, van breakdowns, etc.).
To apply for this role you will need:
* Experience within a similar type of role within either events or project coordination
* To be able to multitask and priorities your work load
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to manage client relationships
* Be a confident and outgoing individual who is able to be proactive within the workplace
