Are you a Benefits and Payroll Manager or similar, who wants to be responsible for your own team along with coordinating the entire payroll function off 6,000 staff for one of the UK’s most successful and largest food business?

In this role you will oversee and manage the entire payroll function for 6,000 staff, on a weekly and monthly basis, whilst supervising a team of five. Along with this, your role will include ensuring legislative compliance, support internal reporting, and lead projects for continual improvement and system upgrades.

The Role:
* Managing a team of 5
* Managing and coordinating of entire payroll function
* Payroll 6,000 people (mixture of monthly and weekly)
* Perform system upgrades and maintain accurate staff records.
* Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30
