As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated UK based Account Manager to join their growing team.
The Opportunity:
Due to planned growth within the business my client is looking for a Account Manager to join the UK office.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in system implementation or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
This is a full time, permanent position. The role is fully remote, however, all candidates must be UK based with the right to work in the UK.
The chosen candidate should have an appetite and aptitude for career progression, and there are several opportunities within the business to explore. We actively support the career development goals of all team members who wish to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
* Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing issues, and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience.

About you:

* Proficiency in using CRM software as part of your day to day role.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle giving you the ability to meet face to face with clients (mileage and expenses reimbursed).
* Ability to attend meetings in Milton Keynes, regularly.
Key Information:
* An OTE of £30,000 per annum.
* 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
