Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with potential weekend shifts during busy periods)

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Meet production targets consistently.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Assist with shipping orders and ensure timely dispatch.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
* Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Identify and report defects or issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Reliability and punctuality.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential weekend shifts during busy periods.
