JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Manager
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 + Shares, Pension and potential bonus.
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Hybrid 3 days in London office | Permanent

Zero Global are excited to announce we are working closely with a leading company in the development of smart, electric vehicle charging technology, both hardware and software. Their focus is on combining beautiful design, exceptional customer experience, and high-performance engineering.
THE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness and product adoption. The ideal candidate is an articulate, creative, and experienced B2B marketer with a proven track record in working with tech or emerging products and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies. With a history of growth driven by organic growth and customer referrals, we now aim to build momentum and elevate our marketing efforts to the next level. We need a confident and experienced individual to take ownership of our marketing strategies and build the marketing department from the ground up.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
* Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our organization in the market.
* Content Development: Conceptualize and create educational product and solution content for various platforms.
* Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis: Become the expert on our customers, industry trends, and market players.
* Sales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral.
* Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand.
* Evangelism: Serve as a company spokesperson and thought leader for our products.
* Partnerships: Collaborate with industry partners, including retailers and automotive partners, to maximize marketing impact.
* Ads and Funnel Tracking Optimization: Utilize performance marketing expertise and collaborate with UI/UX engineering teams to drive requirements forward.
* Affiliate Marketing and SEO: Leverage existing affiliate marketing partnerships, monitor SEO performance, and adapt strategies accordingly
* Experience in renewables / EV and a passion for the industry is a must.
