Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Retail IT or a related industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive.
About the Role: As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in communicating the value of our innovative solutions to both prospective and existing clients. You will play a critical role in all pre-sales activities, from initial contact through to project initiation. Your responsibilities will include handling Requests for Information, requirement gathering, and delivering compelling demonstrations of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate the solution and showcase its capabilities both onsite and remotely.
* Develop and maintain product demonstration scripts and environments.
* Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential and current clients.
* Support responses to Requests for Information/Proposal documents.
* Stay up-to-date with product developments and releases.
* Collaborate with development teams to enhance demonstration solutions.
* Assist in the handover process to delivery teams post-sale.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
* Strong teamwork and presentation abilities.
* Experience in managing and configuring packaged solutions.
* Keen interest and understanding of the retail and/or retail software industry.
* Ability to research and stay informed about industry developments.
* Influencing and negotiation skills.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Problem-solving aptitude.
* Additional technical experience with Operating Systems, Databases, and eCommerce solutions is a plus.
