JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
Entrepreneurial individuals will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and a customized incentive package, including cash bonuses, a Long-Term Incentive Plan in development, and benefits such as an electric car for salary sacrifice, private health insurance, and other perks based on the level of appointment.
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent | 1-2 times a month in London office
THE BUSINESS:
Zero Global are excited to announce we are working closely with a leading global group specialising in renewable energy asset development for marinas and ports.
The role will support the company’s marketing activities, reporting to the Director of Growth & Marketing, and work closely with the Marine Business team to support its global marketing and growth needs.
THEMARKETING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, communication, and Public Relations efforts. This role will support both general company activities and assist our Project Development Teams on various opportunities across the UK and internationally. As our projects are in the early development stages, you will be involved from initial site feasibility through to project construction.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Creative thinker
* 3-10 years of experience, with substantial time in the Marine sector
* Proven experience in target audience identification and cross-channel marketing campaigns
* Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture)
* Experience with Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and other social media campaigns
* Numerical literacy and ability to interpret metrics
* Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for quality copy and communication
* Up to date with online marketing trends and best practices
* BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Project management and report writing skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
* Master’s degree
* Adaptability to a fast-paced development schedule
* Proficiency in a second language and multicultural skills
