Job Description:
We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.
Hotel Services Manager’s Core Duties
* Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
* Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
* Manager a team of staff to uphold standards
* Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
* Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
* Work closely with third party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
* Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
Hotel Services Manager’s Skills Required
* Experienced in property management and / or managing serviced apartments
* Good team management and leadership abilities
* Do you have experience within a Hotel environment, not essential
* Excellent communications skills
* Good project management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Best-in-class customer service skills
* Problem-solver
* Full, clean driving license
