We have a brilliant opportunity for a talented Personal Injury Solicitor with 3 years plus PQE to join the Union Accident Team who is passionate about helping others and can work as part of a team with a common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA
* Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files
* Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
* Taking statements
* Liability investigations
* Instructing medical experts
* Drafting summonses/writs
* Consulting with Counsel
* Appearance in court/tribunal
