Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for rolling stock and a keen eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Rolling Stock Production Manager based on the outskirts of London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire production process of rolling stock, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Manage and lead a team of skilled production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met.
* Coordinate with other departments, including engineering and logistics, to streamline production operations.
* Monitor production KPIs and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Prepare and manage production schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a production management role within the rolling stock or rail industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Solid understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
