What you’ll be doing:
As Head of FP&A you will manage the team producing the month end results, forecasting and budgeting. FP&A plays a key business advisory role influencing and supporting decision making at a senior level, highlighting key financial issues and risks to be considered.
* Proactively deliver analysis and opportunities to senior management that supports the strategy, making recommendations to the Executive Committee on the financial performance/direction of the business
* Deliver the annual and five year business plans. Set top down targets and scenarios covering P&L, income, expenses, capital, balance sheet and cashflow in line with the strategic direction of the business and current economic and business environment
* Develop and produce financial KPIs / balanced business scorecards for departments which will be used to assess the financial strategic performance
What we’re looking for:
* Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Working at Executive level, and preferably experience at Board level in terms of report writing and presentations
* Organised and able to lead a team and organise the team’s workload
* Strong modelling and analytic skills
* Ability to think independently and draw conclusions
