Location: Remote with one weekly in-person meeting

Overview:
Ready for an exciting challenge? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Personal Assistant to help launch two innovative businesses: OPUS, a luxury chauffeur service, and Tactic Training Solutions, an online healthcare training platform. Both ventures are pre-launch, and we need someone who’s ready to dive in and make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management: Keep everything on track, manage timelines, and ensure we hit our goals.
Admin Support: Handle scheduling, emails, and paperwork like a pro.
Market Research: Dig deep into competitor analysis, target audience insights, and industry trends.
Content Creation: Help craft compelling marketing materials, business plans, and online content.
Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and service providers to get what we need.
Financial Assistance: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial planning.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain great relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
Event Planning: Organise and manage launch events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Tech Utilization: Use various software and online platforms to support business operations and marketing efforts.
Problem Solving: Tackle any issues that come up during the setup and launch process.
What You Bring:
Project Management Skills: Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Admin Expertise: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Research Abilities: Strong market research and data analysis skills.
Financial Savvy: Basic understanding of budgeting and invoicing.
Interpersonal Skills: Able to build and maintain professional relationships.
Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Your Background:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the luxury service industry and/or online education platforms is a plus.
