Position: Administrator
Contract: Temporary (6 months) with permanent opportunity
Location: [Coven, Wolverhampton]
Hybrid Model: 1 to 2 days from home once key competencies have been met 
Salary: £13ph -£13.50ph neg
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate processes, conduct contract meetings, and provide feedback
* Resolve sample data issues promptly through collaboration with IT, external providers, and internal teams.
* Review and upload information into the team’s bespoke IT system 
* Manage customer information using various databases
* Oversee communication and action on overdue invoice payments 
* Manage internal and external communications via email and team telephone, ensuring compliance and high customer service levels.
* Assist in completing compliance reports aligned with regulatory requirements using various data sources.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Proven track record in meeting targets and managing workload efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams; experience with BIO and GISST/ArcGIS preferred, not essential 
* Comfortable communicating via telephone, video calls, and email.
* Valid UK Driving License.
