Job Description:
* Role: Energy Sales Consultant
* Location: Fully Remote
* Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Responsibilities: As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will:
* Make outbound B2B sales calls to our existing customer portfolio. These customers are in their renewal window, seeking to renegotiate their energy tariffs.
* Handle hot leads generated by our Lead Generation team.
* Establish customer needs and match them with suitable energy products.
* Liaise with energy providers to source the right solutions.
* Provide accurate written quotations to customers while maintaining account management data within our CRM platform.
* Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
* Utilize a consultative and value-driven approach to negotiate and close sales.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
* At least 12 months of sales experience in a B2B telesales environment.
* Familiarity with the energy sector.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Excellent pitching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Initiative and a desire to learn and grow with the business.
* A collaborative team player who can work under pressure.
Compensation: We offer an industry-leading package:
* Base salary: £28 - 30,000 pa
* Uncapped commission
