My client  established in 1993, is a maintenance and building services contractor known for the quality of its workmanship: a well established company we’ve been trading for over 30 years and have built up a wealth of experience and customer relationships. We provide PPM, reactive maintenance and other projects/installations in the commercial sector.  They look after schools, offices, commercial estates and high end residential properties. They offer M&E, Heating & Ventilation, HVAC, Electrical and plumbing services with other trades and services included to provide a full range of services.
Mobile role covering London and M25 
They are looking to grow our team with keen individuals open to adapt and carry out a varied role as well as their own specific trade.
Responsibilities:
To hold relevant C&G qualifications Level 2-3 plus 18th Edition.
To carry out electrical installations and repairs and maintenance.
General site maintenance & reactive maintenance
To assist in larger projects and installations
Includes travelling to multiple sites in and around London
Must be multi skilled and able to multi task in general building services
Must have good verbal and non verbal skills.
Able to infill reports on computerised software system
Education 
Required Skills: To hold relevant City & Guilds qualifications Level 2/3 plus 18th Edition
Preferred Skills: Plumbing and handyman skills. Any air conditioning or other experience an advantage but not essential.
Pay range  Dependant on skills and experience
