Job Description:
Join a world-renowned company known for its excellence and innovation. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee the maintenance of a prestigious site in Stratford. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a great team maintaining landlord areas on both a planned and reactive basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and organise a team of engineers and subcontractors.
* Ensure all statutory compliance and safety regulations are met.
* Plan and execute both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate with the team to maintain high standards of building services.
* Manage workload distribution and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain and troubleshoot various plant and equipment, including:
* HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
* BMS (Building Management Systems)
* Chillers and boilers
* Electrical distribution systems and switchgear
* Emergency lighting and fire alarm systems
* Water treatment systems
* Escalators and elevators
* Generators and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies)
* Lighting control systems
Qualifications and Experience:
* Electrically qualified with relevant certifications. (Level 3 Minimum)
* Proven experience leading a team in a similar environment.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage subcontractors.
* Excellent understanding of building services as a whole.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a shift pattern that includes days and nights.
