Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client’s great passenger car dealership near Crawley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
What they need from you:
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the sales department
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
* Full UK driving license
Package
* A basic salary up to £23,100 with an uncapped OTE £60,000 onwards plus a company car!
* In return, as well as a competitive salary and excellent commission structure, they offer opportunities for career progression
