Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £65,000
JGA are partnered with a leading business seeking an HR Systems & Data Manager to lead their People team . To be successful, candidates must have experience management, strong HR systems experience and people data analytics.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the HR Systems and People Team.
* Develop new people data insights.
* Implement new KPI’s and report key findings to SLT.
* Lead on strategic changes to company wide policy changes.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
