Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.
* Individual Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
* Resource Preparation: Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources, contributing to a well-organised and stimulating learning environment.
* Behaviour Management: Support the implementation of the school’s behaviour policy, helping to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Progress Monitoring: Assist in tracking student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
