Role Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to students, ensuring they receive the assistance needed to achieve their full potential.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of classroom teachers.
* Help maintain a positive and organised learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities.
* Contribute to the overall ethos of the school and participate in extracurricular activities.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff alike.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Relevant qualifications and training (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable.
