Job Description:
Robert Half have partnered exclusively with a fast-growing business in Oxford who are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Manager to join the team. With opportunity to develop your own team, you will act as the Product Owner and be responsible for the strategic roadmap of our client’s ERP system.
The Role
* Identify user requirements and map out existing processes
* Proactively assess and provide solutions on ERP system and business process
* Work with key project stakeholders, building valuable relationships with ERP system users
* Design and implement system and process changes, working closely with IT and 3rd party
* Lead the strategic roadmap and continuous develop of ERP system
* Lead on change management processes and be hands on with systems configuration
About You
* Proven functional knowledge of ERP systems (finance modules such as D365 F&O, Oracle, IFS, Sage, EPICOR, Infor, SAP)
* Proven experience with key business stakeholders to influence change management
* Strong technical skills implementing and configuring system changes
* Previous business analysis experience would be advantageous
