As a Sales Development Representative, you are tasked with interacting with customers at the beginning of their sales journey, creating a vital first impression for their brand and speaking with individuals from a variety of industries. A high proportion of the role will be on the telephone, including outbound targeted calls as well as dealing with some inbound leads.

* A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000

Sales Development Representative Role:
* Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the world of Commercial Finance, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients
* Develop a pipeline of prospects via various channels including marketing generated leads and targeted sales lists
* Leverage detailed knowledge of the market and competitors in order to communicate the clients’ unique selling propositions and differentiators
* Contact prospect clients, qualifying their needs and pain points
* Book in meetings for Account Managers
* Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring all client information and sales activity is input correctly and is up to date
Requirements of the SDR:
* Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles in any B2B sector
* Self-motivated, ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
* Ability to speak to decision makers
