Hybrid opportunity - mix of office and home working for an experienced PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR.
Part-time - 20 hours per week, spread across 4 to 5 days

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a longstanding team of 2 others.
This role is perfect for someone with full end-to-end payroll processing experience looking to expand their knowledge within a bureau setting.
You will be responsible for processing various sized weekly and monthly payrolls for over 150 clients using Paycircle software (training provided), handling client queries, and supporting pension submissions.
Your Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Practical & Technical: Processing over 100 monthly payrolls, handling SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, maintaining tax documentation, setting up new starters, processing leavers, and ensuring all RTI and Auto-Enrolment deadlines are met.
* Managing Communications: Liaising with colleagues, clients, HMRC, and third parties confidently.
* Personal Work Management: Prioritising workload and liaising with the payroll team.
* Client Management: Dealing with client queries and building effective relationships.
* Developing Self and Others: Staying updated with payroll legislation and undertaking research/ad hoc projects.
Working Arrangement
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and the remaining days from home. Hours to suit you between 9am - 3pm, min 4 days a week please.
About You
* We are ideally asking for 3+ years of payroll processing experience
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Professional communication skills via email and telephone.
* A team player, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Have a suitable home working environment. Full time in the office is an option if it’s better for you.
