Inbound Sales & Service Executive

Northampton – Hybrid Working

£27,700 per annum plus pay reviews, annual bonus and extensive benefits package.

Our award winning, international client based in Northampton are currently seeking Inbound Sales & Service Executive’s to join their progressive and vibrant team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with prior customer service and sales experience to work for a reputable organisation, recruiting due to continued business growth.

Working within a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will be required to work within a team environment, achieving set goals and SLAs to achieve overall company and team targets. Ensuring high standards of customer service are delivered and sales opportunities are grasped, this role would suit a candidate who is able to adapt their service levels based on business needs.

Key Duties:

* To handle a range of inbound telephone calls from both new and existing customers, taking time to understand customer needs and deliver the relevant service, inline with SLAs and targets.
* Supporting existing customers with post-sale support and general enquiries.
* Liaising with customers who require a quotation, understanding customer needs and converting the enquiry to a sale.
* Follow the sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion through various administrative tasks.
* Ensuring all compliance and quality standards are adhered to.


The Ideal Candidate: 

* Prior telephone based customer service and/or sales experience is required
* Highly motivated and sales driven
* Customer focused and passionate about service
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, targeted environment
* A keen eye for detail and ability to complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
* Active listening skills with the ability to understand sales opportunities.
* IT literacy with the ability to multitask when required.
* Keen team player
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to commit to a 9 week training programme with no leave (until 7th October 2024).


The Offering:

* Starting salary of £27,700 per annum, regular salary increases available upto £39,000 per annum based on performance and longevity in role.
* Monday – Friday – 09:00 – 17:30 including – 1in 3 Saturdays (after training), 09:00 – 14:00 – weekend work paid at overtime and a day in lieu.
* Start date: 2nd September 2024 – candidates must be able to commit to full 10 week training programme with no annual leave approved.
* Annual company-wide bonuses
* Annual cost of living wage increases
* Hybrid working (must be within a 45 mile radius of Northampton) – 4 office based days required per month.
* Permanent contract

* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (1 BH per year required to be worked)
