The Client
Our client is a dynamic organization managing multiple business centres. They are seeking a Management Accountant to oversee the accounting functions and manage external stakeholders, ensuring the accurate financial management of their operations.
  
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Prepare and distribute accurate quarterly Management Accounts, including forecasting income, expenditure, and cash flow in a timely manner to meet set deadlines.
* Analyse and investigate variances to budget/forecasts and provide commentary.
* Conduct monthly Partner Income Reporting.
* Reconcile and distribute quarterly VAT Returns.
* Contribute to partner budgeting.
* Act as the first point of contact for Partner queries.
* Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Manage day-to-day accounting records.
* Oversee the production and approval of supplier payments.
* Assist with the external audit process.
* Set and monitor internal policies.
* Undertake ad hoc project work as requested by the CFO and FM.
  
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
* Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
* Multi-entity experience is preferable.
* Experienced in the production of Management Accounts.
* Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Sage 50 experience preferable.
